Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for refund.
We will not refund or replace any items damaged due to intentional misuse or accidental damage by the customer. We will not issue refunds or replacements until we receive the merchandise in its original and undamaged packaging unless previous arrangements are made with Half Right Face. Returned items must be accompanied by a note with customer’s name & address, phone number and a brief description on why the item is being returned.
